Welcome to Coleshill & District U3A!
Officially formed in February 2011, Coleshill and District U3A caters for the people of Coleshill and its surrounding villages. At the beginning of November 2024, we have 25 active groups covering a broad variety of interests.
We hold a General Meeting once a month on the third Monday in Coleshill Town Hall, starting at 10:30am and finishing at noon. The usual format is a guest speaker followed by a tea/coffee break and discussion about the work of each group. Members of the committee are on hand to answer questions relating to the U3A.
Annual Membership costs (for 2024) £20.
- Coleshill is located in North Warwickshire
- Population 6,897 (2021 census)
- Granted a market charter by King John in 1207, alongside Liverpool, Leek and Great Yarmouth.
- Twinned with Chassieu, Rhône-Alpes, France
Coleshill and District U3A draws upon the knowledge, experience and skills of our own members to organise and run interest groups in accordance with the wishes of the membership.
